My Vision
Our current word-view has expired.
We are heading towards massive breakdown of ecosystems, climate change, resource scarcity etc.
A deeply interconnected ``wicked problem`` to which most solutions and political interventions fall short.
We are starting to see how our current world- view and way of perceiving and sense making of reality has brought us into this situation and is
one of the fundamental causes for this.
A perception where we feel ourselves as mainly rational beings, separat and ''above'' nature, finding happiness through striving for the ''good life'' characterised by material abundance, and using traditional science and technology as the primary tool to ''fix'' our problems.
This does not have to mean that this way of perceiving and viewing is ''wrong'', but rather that it is partial and we need to integrate a larger truth.
As the global situation is getting more chaotic,
can we see this as an opportunity to address the root issues and make a deeper shift that has the potential to truly address our challenges?

“When we let life begin to embrace life again, the healing will be so fast and so radical. What took us 50 years to destroy will come back in a decade.” Zach Bush

-
Become aware of the most fundamental assumptions and patterns that shape us and how those are embedded in society
-
Expand those fundamental assumptions of reality by looking at various spiritual/ indigenous traditions as well as insights from scientific disciplines such as neuroscience and systems thinking
-
Integrate those insights into our personal lives and reshape what concepts such as happiness, intelligence, success, responsibility mean for us
-
Integrate a form of spiritual practice back into our lives, that help us go through the process by working with deeper layers of our consciousness and emboding these new insights
-
Doing the ``inner work``, so that our actions can be aligned with the well-being of humanity and nature as a whole
Can we see this crisis as an opportunity to:
I believe often the first step can be to...

regularly take a step back, create some space and distance from the business of everyday life and connect with what truly matters (whatever that is for us). To clear our head and enjoy the simplicity of the moment, seeing the beauty and magnificence that is all around and how we are just a tiny fragment in this larger play of life.
To practice gratefulness for all the comfort, opportunities and freedom that most of us have, and give us a break from the constant information bombardment of social media, advertisement etc. that keep us trapped in thinking we constantly need to do more, need to do better.
I believe once we reach that point, we can continue our everyday life and look at what is happening from a sense of clarity, distance and detachment. We can find genuine and creative solutions that we can not see when we are constantly entangled in the expectations and conditionings from others around and society. We can make choices that bring us in closer in alignment with what is truly alive in us, and how we can integrate that with a larger sense of meaning and purpose for our lives. Sometimes all it takes can be to slow down and give ourselves a break.

-
How there are ways to find genuine happiness and fulfillment through simplicity, following an inner calling and integration of body, heart, mind and spirit
-
How slowing down and embracing integration and simplicity can help us make choices that benefit our health, those around and our planet as a whole
-
How there is an inherent intelligence and interconnection in this world, that reveals itself when we learn to trust life rather than controlling it
-
That we all have to ability to tap into altered states of consciousness to find wisdom and knowing that goes beyond pure rationality
-
That all emotions are the messages of a deeper wisdom that the body holds
-
That our body has the capability for radical healing and opening up to entirely new emotional states and streams of information
-
That non of this has to contradict our rational and analytical way of perceiving the world, but rather complements it
What I found for myself by embracing this change
I believe there are not simple answers to our global challenges, but as more and more are embodying this shift we join a collective intelligence and change that goes far beyond what any individual could even imagine. And luckily we can start to see this shift already and the immense potential that it holds.
